HZ TECH · AI LOGISTICS WORKFLOW

One set of documents,
one reviewable
customs declaration draft

Put the invoice, packing list, contract, waybill and other documents into a single recognition task. The workbench uses AI to extract and pre-fill the fields; the operator checks and corrects them against the source, then saves the draft.

The video is a screen recording of the existing workbench; some business details are masked. Recognition quality should be validated on your own documents.

Declaration Workbench · Smart DraftingReal UI recording
Read-only screen recording of the real workbench: browsing existing tasks and the review page; the account, some IDs and document contents are masked.
ONE WORKFLOW, HUMAN IN CONTROL

From documents to draft — the key judgments stay with the operator

Huzhi AI works inside logistics operations, turning the repetitive data entry and document checking of frontline documentation into a workflow that can be demonstrated and verified. We first test applicability on one real sample, then define the scope of a trial.

01 / Collect

Keep every document together

All documents for one shipment go into one task, with optional recognition instructions and pre-declaration confirmations.

02 / Generate

AI pre-fills candidate fields

Review the recognition task, document previews, the pre-filled declaration fields and what still needs checking.

03 / Confirm

Verify, then save

Edit or complete the fields and save an import or export declaration draft that can be edited further.

Bring one shipment's documents and let's verify the results together

Using representative, anonymized documents, we check the recognition output, the fields flagged for confirmation and the manual correction steps on the spot.

Current demo scope: smart import of customs declarations, manual review and local draft management; for road manifests we can also demonstrate local drafting and Excel import. Goods declarations cannot yet be submitted to customs, and real road-manifest submission and customs receipts are still being integrated.
